I had a slight scare this morning with one of my horses

Dior, our 18 yr old quarter horse seen below, had a nosebleed when I went out to feed this am. Upon further inspection, thankfully it looked like he had just gotten stuck with a hay stalk about 4 inches up into his left nostril. It was bleeding pretty good, bright red blood, but I think it will be OK. More to come later.......
